Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
AEOW aims to deliver its products to its customers in the most timely manner possible. However, potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal services delivery issues may occurs that are outside of AEOW's control.
Please be aware that some delays may occur with delivery of products due to postal service backlogs resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Shipping Rates and Estimates - Domestic
Shipping rates and estimates are based on the type of service selected upon checkout and volume/weight of goods specific to the order. Where possible, AEOW will try to combine products within appropriately sized envelopes or packages to minimize shipping costs to save you money.
If you have any queries about the shipping costs of a specific order, please don't hesitate to contact AEOW to discuss.
Shipping Rates and Estimates - International (outside of Australia)
Currently we do not offer overseas shipping via our website. However, we can arrange international shipping if desired. If you are interested in purchasing any of our products, please contact Tony via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a specific product and shipping quote.
Purchase of “exchange only” products
Most “exchange only” products are becoming difficult to source. AEOW requires the purchaser of an “exchange only” product to send AEOW their original product FIRST, prior to AEOW dispatching the exchange unit purchased. This is necessary in order to continue providing this product exchange service.
The original product sent to AEOW by the purchaser must be returned complete, with no broken or missing physical parts.
The exchange product purchased from AEOW will only be sent to the purchaser once the original product has been received and confirmed to be physically whole.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise the shipping of their original product to AEOW’s office address.
Please note that AEOW also offers a "repair as necessary" service if required. AEOW recommends that you contact Tony via email@example.com to discuss this service.
Product Shipping Insurance
Please note that products sold by AEOW are dispatched without shipping insurance unless specifically requested by the customer. Please contact AEOW to discuss insurance options.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (where available) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available (when applicable).
If you haven’t received your order within the predicted number of days since receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange Policy - General
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (shipping cost for return is the responsibility of the customer), and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs, subject to the following conditions:
- if the item is returned and considered unused and in its original condition (unopened and enclosed in original packaging, where applicable)
- if the item is returned in a state that is not damaged or marked
- if the item is returned and deemed in good working order post AEOW testing and inspection (electrical and electronic items).
In the event that your order arrives to you damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the package and item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for items that a customer purchases by accident. Please ensure you choose your items correctly before purchasing.

Returns & Exchange Policy - Distributors and Electronic Ignition Kits
All electronic distributors and ignition kits supplied by AEOW are workshop tested before being packed and shipped to our customers. We pride ourselves on selling high-quality products, and have no interest in selling faulty items. All electronic distributors and ignition kits are supplied with instructions for fitting and wiring which MUST BE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FOLLOWED.
AEOW will not be held responsible in the case of incorrect fitting and wiring of products by customers or third parties. Connecting these items incorrectly (and short-circuiting them) voids their warranty, and we do not give credits, refunds or exchange products for any items that are electronically faulty resulting from incorrect fitting and wiring.
If you are uncertain about how to fit, wire or connect the product you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us before potentially voiding your warranty.
